Refund policy
Items being returned must be in new, unused, original condition, and within 30 days of original purchase (some exceptions may apply). All original boxes, bags, packaging, accessories, and literature must be in new condition and included with the product. We do not accept returns on customized items, warranty claims, gift cards or products not purchased from us and sent to our returns department in error.
Once the item(s) is received it will be inspected by our product specialists. If it is determined there has been an abuse of the product it will be returned back to you. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed.
Manufacturer warranty returns and exchanges must go directly through the manufacturer.
Once the return has processed, a refund for the cost of the product will be issued back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*All returns made by wholesale purchasers are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. By completing a wholesale purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this return policy.
